The Murder of Sonic the Hedgehog is a great way to get to know each character, whether you’ve played Sonic games before or not. The game is set up so that you have no idea who the players are. Who in the murder riddle really stands out?
Sega may have put this game out as a joke for April Fool’s Day, but for a free game, it’s surprisingly well-made. The figures almost jump off the screen, and the more you play, the easier it is to pick a favourite. Since there aren’t that many people, it’s easier to remember who’s who.
Vector is one of the more upbeat and ready-for-almost-anything figures in the game. He is quick to stand up for his friends and is mostly here to have fun. At the beginning of the game, he loses his ticket, which shows how forgetful he is. He’s lucky that you find it in the serviette case.
Though, you don’t talk to him very often. Vector doesn’t add much to the game besides a few moments of humour and a reason for Knuckles to break the gaming machine.
Blaze is definitely a character with a lot going on. Her first introduction gives away who she is later on. She ends up being a funny character during the part with Rogue and Blaze. During the planning, you can suggest that you act like her husband or wife.
At this point, Blaze starts to think about what was said. She asks you why you would want to marry her, telling you that you would be marrying into royalty. You’ll definitely need better clothes, and she should probably relax a bit.
Rogue is a thief in every way. Treasure is the only way to win her heart. She thanks Amy for the fun time they’ll have together, but she can’t promise not to steal anything. To be honest, she ends up stealing quite a bit. Her ideas work well and don’t have any problems. At least, most of the time.
But when she’s in a situation that makes her feel scared, Rogue counts on you to come up with an answer. She doesn’t seem to care much, though, as long as her own plans work out and Amy’s murder story goes as planned. Amy’s birthday party is a good way for them to get through it.
Amy’s birthday is coming up. Without her desire to have the best birthday murder mystery party ever, none of this would be possible. But she won’t think twice about leaving you behind. She will use her right to the birthday key to get around Shadow’s hard work. She is too quick to hit everything with her hammer or use it to threaten, and this is especially true when it comes to Sonic.
Even though she’s a nosy reporter, she’s not very good at her job. She’s more than willing to believe a source before there’s solid proof. You and Tails are lucky to be there to show her the right way.
When you meet Espio for the first time, you’ll be surprised by how comfortable he is. He turns around right away and is shocked that you find him comforting. He is an interesting person who is sure to surprise those of you who don’t know him.
In this game, Espio plays the artist and tries to look as ordinary as possible. Even though he insists on saying poems all the time, he’s not very good at them. He’s not very good at it, so he should probably stop.
The Conductor gives you a warm welcome to the game. He shows you how to use the user interface and starts the story. The Conductor is a beautiful character in general, not just because he or she is your training character. He loves his wife and can’t wait to be done with work. Things might go wrong for him along the way, but in the end, he’ll be able to take it easy.
While watching out for the people, you might take his words a little too seriously. Doctor Eggman isn’t as scary as the fear of letting down the Conductor.
Knuckles is working very hard to give Amy what she wants. Nobody can deny that. He does the whole thing, even though it doesn’t last very long. He’s competitive and easy to make blush, whether you catch him hiding something or give him a praise. His anger problems are really the only bad thing about him.
He can try to fix the arcade machine later, but wouldn’t it have been better if he hadn’t hit it in the first place? But he is a great person to talk to early on in Eggy Car game. Also, Knuckles is very well made.
Even though Sonic isn’t really there for most of the game, he’s there when it matters. He is happy and always tries to look on the bright side of things. Sonic is there to stop your thoughts from going in circles and get you back on track. His main goal might be to save his friends, but for now, you are also important.
In this world, you probably won’t see him again, but at that moment, it’s easy to see why he’s so popular. The fact that he is “dead” for most of the game makes it hard for him to take first, though.
Shadow’s goals are unclear throughout the game. When you first meet him, you think he’s rude and doesn’t want to be there. Also, it’s painfully obvious that he either didn’t wrap Amy’s gift or didn’t get her one in the first place. He locks every door you go through and makes your life in general harder. At least until you get to finally talk to him.
In fact, Shadow was just trying to waste time so he could get Amy a very thoughtful gift at the last minute. Plus, he did a great job of being a locksmith by closing every door.
The best person in the game is Tails. He’s your partner as a detective and helps you solve crimes. He is a “jack of all trades” and always seems to have the skills and tools to fix most problems. Tails is always cheering you on throughout the game, even if he says “What would Sonic do?” a lot.
He might be a little bothered by the fact that you check every trash can, but when it pays off, he’s glad you did it. Tails doesn’t want anything more than to see you happy, even if your job is to make sure everyone else is having a good time. He’s the best detective to spend the game with because he’s a great character.
